Courtroom 310, 314 and 320
Three State of Minnesota courtrooms are available for ceremonies or other types of events. Finished in light oak, with lavender decorative carpeting and contemporary lighting, these spaces provide a stately atmosphere. The courtrooms are not available for functions involving food or beverages. Hearing Room 326C or the Humphrey Room can be used for courtroom events including food and beverages. The rental fee listed below is for use of one of the courtrooms and either Hearing Room 326C or the Humphrey Room 333.

Maximum Capacity:
Courtroom 310, 38 seated
Courtroom 314, 38 seated
Courtroom 320, 56 seated

Rental Hours:
Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 6:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
Saturday and Sunday, 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Rental Fee:
Wednesday through Sunday, $500
$100/hour, up to 50 people
$175/hour, over 50 people
