Minneapolis City Hall and Hennepin County Courthouse tenants have several options for hosting daytime meetings and other kinds of events. Several locations in the building are available for tenants as well as food and beverage services through the Clock Tower Cafe.

The table below lists conference rooms in the Minneapolis City Hall and Hennepin County Courthouse building. Conference rooms are available during building hours -- 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. -- on a first-come, first-served basis for public meetings involving City or County staff. Please contact the scheduling department for reservations and access to the space. All conference rooms, excluding the Rotunda, have an active City Network drop.  Conference rooms with an asterisk (*) have an analog line with conference call capability (departments must bring their own phone equipment).

The MBC offers a number of services to help facilitate your meeting or event. MBC staff can help with room set-up, chairs or other equipment needs such as easels, a TV/VCR or Proxima projector for electronic presentations.
