Stage 16 Update The MBC has begun first round work for the 16th stage of a 23 stage construction project at the Minneapolis City Hall / Hennepin County Courthouse. This stage includes the northwest corner of the attic and the northwest corner of second floor. Temperature Guidelines Heating season is quickly approaching!  Hubert H.
