|  | | Can we decorate the room for our event?
Some decoration is allowed in City Hall and Courthouse spaces. No tape, nails or tacks are allowed on walls. Decorating plans will be presented to the Municipal Building Commission for pre-approval. Client is responsible for take down and clean-up of all decorating materials. Any florals must be supplied by a licensed florist or wholesaler; flowers and plants cannot come from home gardens or farmer's markets. Candles are permitted, but the service of a fire watch is required, at the cost of $40.75 per hour for a minimum of 4 hours. All candles must be encased in glass and self extinguishing.
